Our Mission is to promote the developmental achievement of young people. It is our goal to see every child succeed in reaching their full physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual potential as individuals and responsible citizens within their local, national and international communities.

We take pride in mentoring the youth in the greater NC area. Our focus is providing a safe space for children to be educated in all aspects of life, health, family counseling, mentorship, and much more! We have operated in our community for over 15 years! 

One Stop to Success is a community organization, providing over 17 programs. Our programs have been designed and created to cover the physical, mental, and spiritual health of the young people we come in contact with. We inspire and educate young children and young adults in philanthropic ideals to increase the vitality of their lives and our region.

One Stop To Success's purpose has always been focused on developing a multitude of youth throughout our community. We educate children and mentor their specific needs. We nurture their spirit and imagination and provide the children a safe space to be themselves and discover what that looks like for them. Express freely from a no-judgment zone, and use the resources we have available in the program to help young people reach their personal, short-term and long-term life goals.

We are a team of professional community leaders who have been aiding the youth in the Charlotte, North Carolina communities for more than 15 years! We have had many advancements along the way and with our continued success, we will further aid and grow with the community. Our Future Goals are just as large as our impact has been on the community and will provide even more protection and development for our youth.
